App Disapointing
The web portal is reasonably good, but the mobile app is a major disappointment.
My biggest concern is that the app doesn’t provide the same functionality as the website. Most importantly, it does not provide the worldwide event feed that makes the platform valuable. If I have to carry a laptop to get the full experience, the mobile app has limited usefulness.
As a workaround, I can access the website from my iPhone through SSO and view the worldwide feed. However, every time I switch to another app or leave the browser for a moment, I am logged out and forced to go through the SSO process again. This happens over and over. The obvious solution would be to add the missing functionality directly into the app.
I also contacted support to verify some information and never received a response.
For a service like this you would expect a professional experience and response to support questions.
If I can’t get a simple support response in a timely manner, it worries me what will happen if I need them in an emergency situation.

About useless
I have to use this for work travel (company recommendation). In order to add a trip I have to type out my email address at least three times as it passes me from the app to a built in browser to company SSO
Then the trip didn’t save and I have to do the whole thing again.
Then it has no mechanism to import a trip, either by sending it to the app, linking to TripIt or other similar apps or whatever.
45 minutes later an I’ve had to log in 15 times and still don’t have a trip entered because I have to manually enter every detail.
Sorry, the app is pretty awful. I’m not going to bother with it anymore.
