Only works at one store
Crisp & Juicy is a chain, but the app only works at the Kensington location. Very misleading and worthless app!
Weird system
The system automatically add tips to my order that I’m picking up. Very sneaky though.
Rewards
Had all these bonus points - without a real understanding of how to redeem them … that was until I downloaded the incredibly customer friendly app.
And now I have at least four or five free dinners for the family on the way - the first of which I am going to pick-up now.

Fails to text a code to phone and finish sign up.
