App will not work.
The app is stopped opening up on my iPhone. I have tried to contact Support and no response. Can’t believe I paid for something that can’t have support. Loved it while it worked.

Does exactly what it says. So far no complaints. Would be cool to add attachments but for 1.99 I can’t complain at all.

Overall I love this app! It is fantastic especially for someone like myself that uses texts a lot for my business. The only thing I don’t like is, the keyboard doesn’t seem to save anywhere externally. I wish there was a login or something where if I switch phones or wanted to share templates I could do it easier. I did a factory reset on my phone and now all of my templates are good. Overall I love the app. It’s amazing.

I love this app but it shut down after the last Apple update.
Update the app to iOS 15
Hello I would like to see an update to IOS 15 with all the features that iOS 15 comes with. It’s a really good app to use & text people with, but would like to see more updates form the developer to add new features to the app.

This app is very good. As other users have mentioned, I would love to see this app updated to have the ability to format text ( BOLD, italic, underscore etc. ). The ability to add attachments would be very useful as well.

HUGE time saver - I was previously using copy/paste to achieve something similar, but now I don’t need to. If your time is worth anything, this app is the smartest money you’ll ever spend in the App Store.

This app does exactly what I need it to... Provide templated text for emails and Ana text messages. Unlike shortcuts in the ios keyboard, Crisp let's you use minor formatting, like spaces between lines, tabs, etc.
I would love to see more ways to use Crisp. Specifically I would love it if I could put tables into Crisp templates. It would drastically simplify my current workflow. Another wish list item: I would love it to sync between my iPhone and my iPad.

Huge time saver for field sales reps
This is a great opp for all those duplicate emails that field sales reps have to send everyday. It also saves a load of time that otherwise would have to be done at night...

I have spent HOURS of my life either re-writing sales emails or searching for a product like this that could provide response templates.
The best part of this app is the connection to the keyboard. I found an app offering a similar service (not that great) but everything was run within the app. That is way too limiting for what I want to do.
I set this up in a few minutes and it is already working perfectly.
Definitely 5 stars for me because there really is nothing else like it.
A couple of things I would like to see offered is the ability to attach files to the templates and embed working hyperlinks into the text. But even if that never happens I’m still very happy.
