Crispy Cones is my all time favorite icecream shop! As one of my husband and I’s first dates, we still make it a priority in our schedule. I love having quick access to my reward points!
Amazing
Had a lovely experience at Crispy Cones. It was our first real visit after my daughter got a sample a couple of days before. She got the apple pie with whipped cream on top, which will be my next flavor and I got the piná colada. It was delicious. The young lady that served us was kind and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great app! It’s easy to navigate, ordering is quick and simple, and everything works smoothly. It makes ordering from Crispy Cones fast and convenient. Highly recommend!
App Doesn’t Give Me a Reason to Come Back
The app works fine—that’s not the issue. My problem is the assumption that every business needs its own app. I’m not a daily customer, just like I’m not at Crumbl or Swig every day. Downloading another app doesn’t make me more likely to visit.
Ordering through the app actually took more effort than just walking in and ordering on the in-store kiosk. It feels like the company wants to stay connected with customers whether we want that or not. As a customer, that’s more annoying than convenient.
Focus on making an amazing product and experience. An app by itself as a loyalty strategy is broken and wore out.

I visited the Billings MT location recently while I was on vacation. My son and I were blown away by the ice cream/pastries . The staff was super friendly and the treats were absolutely the best! I have lived close to one of the AZ locations for awhile now and have never been inside. But for sure am going to make that a regular dessert spot in the future. The social media staff is great too. I posted a photo and they were very friendly, responsive, and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you Crispy Cones. You won a regular customer !

This app is very easy to use and also has great graphics of the anticipated Crispy Cones. The customer service was on point right from when I walked in as well. I was greeted into the store with the menu being self-explanatory and easy for my family to customize their cones to their liking. I got the signature crispy cone with coconut ice cream, raspberry drizzle and cheesecake bites as my topping. What a wonderful sweet treat. Thank you so much Crispy Cones for this experience.

This app was so easy to use! I had no trouble making an account at all! On top of that, a free pastry cone when you download it? Oh yeah! Crispy cones literally have my heart. If you haven’t tried them, you definitely need to! They are my love!💓

I ordered two cones for my twins daughters , one Berry Cheesecake and Cocoa Berry and the service was quick and the ice cream is really yummy and they look great!! And I also love that they have a plastic ice cream holder. I definitely will recommend this place and app to my friends.
First time review
I stopped in to their new WA location. The shift lead Maria, and the staff that day greeted us when we entered. The music had my daughter dancing as soon as she hit the door. I explained my food allergies to the cashier who suggested an alternative spread option , in addition to the drizzle.
I heard them confirm verbally with one another about my allergies, and when my food was done, Maria confirmed my allergies again.
We went back one more time since then and plan to go again this week!
I was assisted with GREAT customer service from some relatively young workers. I really appreciate when I see young people working hard and being extra kind.
10/10 From my 8 year old and 10/10 from me .
