Please help me restore my missing weapons purchased with gold

I am writing to report an issue with my game account on iPad.
I previously bought several weapons using my earned in‑game gold (virtual coins inside the game, not real‑money purchases from Apple).
Recently when I opened the game, all of these purchased weapons have disappeared from my inventory unexpectedly.
I have already tried restarting both the game and my iPad, but the weapons are still missing.
I do not have an Apple receipt or order number, because these items were purchased with in‑game currency.

Approximate date I bought those weapons: July 2026, Aug 2026
List of missing weapons: Scar20, M4A1, and etc.

就这么和你说吧，你玩可以千万不要花大价钱买那些枪，我现在枪一夜回到解放前，我上个月刚下载这个游戏，然后呢，我第一次玩的时候他就把我枪给全伤过一次了，然后呢，当时我直接把游戏给解了之后呢，我又下回来了然后呢，我把枪几乎全解锁了，我就差两把枪，结果呢，我今天玩的时候枪全没有了，虽然我的金币现在已经有1265k了，但是我还要和官方说一句，你们能不能别老是把枪给删掉，这样很妨碍我们的游戏体验，希望官方能看到这个视频，说真的，我之前用RPG打丧尸，不知道多爽，结果现在呢，枪全没了，只剩下基础的几把？，你让我拿AK去和人家拿高级武器的战斗，这不纯纯搞笑吗？
