Crittah was specifically developed for the logistics company that need dispatch jobs to drivers in the field to rapidly meet the needs of their customers to get the job done. The app requires location service enabled in the app so that your operations team can locate drivers and dispatch jobs to the closest driver. This application will track your location in the background while you are logged in and on shift so that the operations team in your business can view your location and dispatch jobs closest to you. When the job is started the customer will also be able to see your location to know when you will be arriving. The customer visibility of your location is optional as set by your business. When you arrive at a job the job will automatically appear using your location and the jobs location to make it easier for you to do your job.
