Only use is the directory of services and suggestions, but as a small offline tool it is better than nothing and appreciated

Doesn’t have The Caribbean side or interior
It looks like this app developer was onto something, but gave up after only adding a few areas. It does not have the Caribbean side like Cahuita, Puerto Viejo, or some of interior destinations.
