With this app, you can easily identify your customers and reward them for their purchases, or identify your customers and accept payments for their purchases through their CRM.COM Wallet. Simply download the CRM.COM Merchant App, sign in using your back-end system credentials, and start submitting purchases for your customers in three convenient ways: • Identify: Scan or enter the customer's CRM.COM Wallet code during their purchase to award them accordingly. • Accept Payment: Customers can identify themselves using a one-time password (OTP), enabling them to spend from their CRM.COM Wallet and earn rewards for their purchases. • Gift Pass Payments: Customers can pay for purchases using their gift pass.
