Crohn's Aid

ICMR Centre for Advanced Research and Excellence in Intestinal Diseases at Department of Gastroenterology, AIIMS, New Delhi, in collaboration with Centre of Excellence in Healthcare at IIIT-Delhi, has devised this machine learning driven strategy to distinguish between Intestinal Tuberculosis (ITB) and Crohn's Disease (CD) utilising clinical, endoscopic, radiological and laboratory variables. This application is based on data analysis from 796 patients of Crohn’s Disease and Intestinal Tuberculosis. Employing Al techniques including Random Forest analysis, SVM, and Ranger algorithms, we crafted an effective algorithm for disease differentiation.
