Hello bexxy87, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. What you’re describing is actually the intended behavior of the app, as explained in the in-app tutorial. For the feature to work properly, the app needs to remain in the foreground when you lock your device, so that it is still active when the phone is unlocked. If your goal is to prevent someone from quickly deleting data after unlocking the phone, you can also lock the Photos app or the photo album to add an extra layer of protection.
