Great for photos, videos don’t work
If it’s just for photos it’s amazing! But there’s currently some kind of bug where you can use it for videos. Will update this if they fix it

Love everything about this app. I’ve been using it for years now. But can someone please help me with uploading a video to crop? It doesn’t play the video and I get an error message

An app with simple, beautiful UI that does what it says it does, and the premium version is a one-time purchase of $4!? Say it ain’t so. This is how all apps should be. So glad I found this. I also love that it doesn’t collect or track any of my data. Never change, Crop Pic. You’re doing things right.

Disappointed
Very disappointed with this app. I used this app for years and had no issues. I paid for it because I was tired of the ads but then the ads came back even when I tried to restore my purchase. I refuse to pay for it again and now I’m constantly bombarded with ads after every edit. It won’t allow me to go back and add more photos either, the app basically has to power off for a while for me to access my photo library again.

Hi Mai, love the app but can you please arrange for a richer, darker, black background please? I post quotes of white writing on dark black backgrounds and your app is very handy to fit certain longer quotes into the IG photo width perfectly, but the matt black background is very noticeable. Thankyou very much.

When I originally downloaded this app in its previous form, I paid to have no ads. Now that it has been updated ads are appearing. Do you expect me to pay again?

What is wrong with this app? If it's no longer available then why was there a recent update this does not work ! responses from developer would be appropriate since purchases were made! Was amazing for years until latest update 🧐 no doubt anything with scammy FB/IG attatched to it should be a red flag these days. Now it just sits in loading position for all eternity 🤔hmmm, no load from camera roll options showing . Paid for app features was a go to app ,whelp guess it's over.

The latest update is awful! I used to love this app for cropping photos before putting on insta. But I’m now going to look for another app. Don’t download!!

Since the update it won’t let me select photos from camera roll - been using this app for ages and thought it was great but now gone from great to useless. Gutted
What have you done?!
Crop pic used to be the best photo editing app I have. Sadly since you’ve changed it it has none of the features and filters anymore 😩 I’ve never wrote a review on here before but felt I needed too as you’ve completely ruined a amazing app. So much so it no longer serves a purpose and I feel the need to delete it.

Low resolution output and disruptive full screen popup ads
The app saves at a low resolution 3.7mp which makes it worthless for my needs (other than Instagram posts which I don't need it for). The app also has disruptive full screen video popup ads, that fortunately can be removed via a modest IAP (which I would gladly pay if the app met my needs). Sadly, the low-res output means the developer will not be getting any of my money. Deleted.
