We placed the sensors but there was no contact for help. Didn’t have a clue on whether we are doing it right or no. There needs to be several specialists who will do all the process on their own and provide help to us when we need. No specific professionalism. We all did everything ourselves and will surely have problems. There should be professional help first and transmission of this expertise to the host company’s employees. No monitoring and no personal contact to ask questions and seek help.
