Bug
Just recently got a Cross County Bank account, LOVE IT, but the app keeps telling me I have $500 but when I go to transactions I don’t.

Can’t ever tell how much money you have in each account without doing math because they add $500 to each account.
Yes, I want overdraft protection, but this is the first bank I’ve ever dealt with that actually ADDS it to your balance available. Seems shady… like they’re hoping you’ll misunderstand your balance and overdraft. This kind of practice should be against banking rules.
I can understand why almost 100 people from my small hometown immediately left for another bank.

I would give 5 stars if face id would work.
Love this app
I love the app I just wish that when I put in an amount not to spend I could put in check numbers so that when those checks go through it wouldn’t show me in the negative and it would be easier to balance my check book
