Love App but zero response from tech support after 4 emails
Like I said in title, I love the app but I have reached out to the support email 4 times in the course of a month with zero replys back. I downloaded on phone but now I want to login on my iPad. It won’t let me without having to pay again. That’s the only reason I reached out to them but they don’t seem to care once you pay. Disappointing to say the least. If the app is running smoothly, which it does almost all the time, then you won’t need them. But if you do need them, don’t hold your breath thinking they will respond. Now the app has not worked in 4 days. No app support again.

App freezes up a lot.
I like the app but that is immaterial if it does not work. Freezes up at log in. And other times.
Totally exceeds expectations!
I’ve been using Cross Connect along with the Cross Connect Pendant for about three weeks now and it’s really incredible. It’s a really helpful Bible study tool and it has had a very thoughtful, scripturally-based answer for every question that I ask. The thing I find the most impressive is that it really tunes in to how I want to use it by asking very specific questions that encourage thoughtful consideration and always gives a gentle open response that feels surprisingly insightful. It’s also great for finding verses and topics that I’m wanting guidance on. It’s been an incredible investment and very worth the subscription price.

Something simple ruined my experience with the app
I’ve been using the app in trial mode but was thinking of continuing until tonight. I tapped on the daily verse which started a chat. I didn’t mean to start a thread with it so I tried to see if there was a way to delete it so that I could start a new one. This led to my issue with the app. I can’t delete a chat or delete anything I tested from the journal section.
I kept being taken back to the same chat although I wanted to start a new one without seeing anything from me mistakenly starting the chat with the daily verse.
I also don’t like the 2 bible versions. At least have NKJV as an option! I’m definitely not a KJV only person.
