Audio Distortion When Using Sync Function
Hello Cross DJ Support,
I am experiencing an audio issue on iOS. Whenever I use the Sync feature to match beats, the audio becomes distorted and produces crackling/static sounds. The tracks play normally without Sync, but the issue starts as soon as Sync is enabled.
I have already tried restarting the app, restarting my iPhone, and testing with different songs, but the problem persists.
Could you please investigate this issue and provide a fix?

Would give negative stars if possible. Bring back the old interface. Free features are now under a paywall. New interface is unusable
Use to be a great piece of software until
I use to use this daily for DJ use and I can no longer recommend this app when cross dj was the original cross DJ it was for a lifetime license with a software that was great easy to use and a wonderful layout. Now with every single update there changing prices on a license revoking peoples licenses that purchased the original software I can’t condone paying a monthly fee for a stripped down software experience when there competitor is better and free. 100%

How to shuffle/randomise Automix
I can’t find the shuffle button on Automix to randomise the tracks!
Apple Music local playlists empty
Great app, but currently unusable.
I see my Apple Music app playlists in the app, but when I click on one, it is empty, ie showing no songs. I would like to be able to use Apple Music to prepare a playlist before a set, on my computer, then sync the iPad and have that playlist available, but now it’s not possible.
Also, the search function is broken. Whatever you type in the search bar will return no result. Are we supposed to scroll a 7000 files list alphabetically only?

Does not allow me to play music from my apple music what’s with that??
Not a huge fan
I’m not a fan of the new update which puts files in alphabetical order. I also can’t figure out how to unload something from a track, so I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app just to do it. Whenever my phone restarts, I have to delete and put on all my files again. It is a nightmare, but I does what I want it to do I guess.

I’ve been using the free version for a while and I’m trialling the free week to see whether to invest. Great app, easy interface! One thing though it’s started not to allow me to use my own local files. It bugs out and crashes.

Can’t connect to SoundCloud Go+
I’ve tried logging in to my SoundCloud Go+ account and it’s not connecting.
