I have been with Ckb for many, many years. NEVER have I had a bad experience. The employees are always willing to help with a smile on their face. They work double time if ever you might think something is off with your account. The loan department will always do their best to get you the best loan.

This mobile banking solution is fantastic! Quick and convenient. Easy to access , transfer and make payments.. High mobile deposit limits are great .. Love the Secure Lock feature they offer for debit cards ,too.. Excellent!

Customer service in this bank is EXCEPTIONAL! As with all business a Bad, Diseased “apple” can RUIN a business reputation, this “Apple” prefers to be called GEORGE! He is Condescending, Demeaning, Sexist, feels his position entitles him to “Above Reproach”. He was caught LYING to myself and another customer. I have NEVER encountered a “Banker” who yells & Incessantly Speaks over a customer while I’m trying to take care of business ... as he told me “He DOESNT Care” of my situation, as “Excuses are Pathetic”. Excuses weren’t being offered. EXPLANATIONS were. His stance is Stark Difference from an Already Agreed up arrangement. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CKB TO Satan himself!

Don’t know what I would do without it! I hardly ever go to the bank. Deposits, transfers, bills paid... all with the app!! I’ve used other banking apps, this is the easiest and the best I’ve used. Perfect.

I just download the software to my iPad ,I open the program which need activation ,then I checked my account ,It was so good and easy to use.It shows withdrawals in red .I m happy to find this program,so it will be easy to check my account online quickly.
