A great way to relax

I would have easily given this app five stars. Over the years, I invested quite a bit of real-world money and had an extensive library of patterns, most extra-large. Many many holiday. And it’s all gone. All of it. Beware if you download this to become invested in it. This hurt. 😕

I’m apparently gonna have to delete
All of a sudden, I can’t open Cross Stitch world anymore. Apparently, I have to have it linked to Facebook or Apple. I don’t want it linked to either one of these. I spent a lot of money on different packs within this program and now I’m blocked out. Very poor business model.
Small bug🪲🐛🐞
When there’s an option to “view this puzzle pack in the store”, it doesn’t open that pack. It just opens the store and you have to try to find it. If it’s an old puzzle you you just finished, it’s impossible to find the puzzle pack.

I’ve been playing this game since 2018 and love it no horrible ads every few minutes and the colours are bright and nice loads of free patterns

Why did you change your game? I have had this game and enjoyed it for years. I went in today to work on my cross stitch and it was gone. I done care for this new system and I have lost everything I had done in the past. I might just delete it now. How can I retrieve my old game? I lost all the cross stitch that my granddaughter and I had done.

I recently let my 10 year old granddaughter play this app, she used the option play as guest now my previous progress has disappeared. I have playing this game for many years and would like to know how to get my game back.

New update took all my pictures I had bought and started me back at level 1 when I was over 1050! I am not pleased at all
What happened to my progress??
I’ve had this game for years. I was playing last night. Came on today and all my progress is gone. My pattern sets are all gone. Everything is lost and I’m having to completely restart. I tried clearing the app cache, deleting and reinstalling, everything. It’s still gone. Now what?!
To the developer: No. I did NOT log out before putting my iPad down and going to bed. I was in the middle of a pattern - logging out makes no sense. In fact, I logged out and back in AFTER they disappeared to see if that was the issue (note that I had to log OUT and BACK IN because I was still in my account from the night before). They are still gone. Luckily I haven’t spent any real money on patterns that I can remember, but the lost progress is still upsetting. And I’ve seen several recent reviews saying the same thing about this issue.

WHAT THE HELL!!!
I’ve been playing this game for years. I have purchased dozens & dozens of extra packs. I have gobs of finished pictures! Today I logged in to play and…GONE! EVERYTHING IS GONE! It’s like it doesn’t know who I am. It has the Welcome page and instructions on how to play. Please give me back all my cross stitch packs!!!!!!

Amazing game
Was enjoying this app and have been playing for ages! The patterns are gorgeous and I’ve spent happy hours playing it as I can no longer do actual sewing due to severe arthritis. Went onto iPad to play last night and I do t know what has happened but I’m so disappointed as I’ve lost all of my completed puzzles and ones I had bought to do! Tried to get app support but it’s unavailable!

Hi AYML1976, it sounds like you aren't currently signed in with the account your progress is linked to. If you go to Menu > Game Options, you should be able to sign in there and will see your progress again. If you're still having trouble, please use the Contact Us button in the game and our team can assist further.
Cross Stitch World
I lost a lot of patterns I bought because I had to take my I pad back to factory reset because my I pad was acting up. I lost all the patterns I paid a lot of money for. Can you help recover or not put a limit on how many I can recreate on my own! Thanks! Please recoup my lost patterns! I can’t reach app help. It says page not found. Please. I am 71 and am on a fixed income and can’t buy them again. Have a heart and help!

Used to be great. Game updated yesterday now I have to start all over again. This is BS. I have been playing this for YEARS, so you can imagine the level I was at and the patterns I have in que. RESTORE MY GAME!!!
