Not loading videos on app
The only reason I got the cross tour CR650 dash cam is because it has an app where I can access the videos right away on my phone. However, the videos do not load. The loading circle just keeps spinning and spinning. Also, we have to stop the recording of the dash cam in order for us to access the app. I do not like that. Trying get wifi connection is weird, too. We have to quickly press the power button then immediately press the wifi button to gain access to wifi. Am I doing something wrong here?!?!

It’s ok needs some work though
This app is buggy it has to connect to the camera 3 to 5 times till it actually connects every time at first when it connects to camera it will keep flashing the video off and one for about 45 seconds to a minute and a half till it stops flashing which is a pain every time it does other then that it seams to work well and the dash cam itself works great

Horrible app
Video playback is close to impossible with this app. And it’s constantly wanting me to grant it access to my photos. Don’t recommend!

Refuses to let me log in no matter what, doesn’t seem as though this company really cares

I’ve reset my password a bunch and it keeps telling me it’s wrong. When it’s not! Please fix.
