This app is absolutely fantastic for any CrossFit fan. It’s ever better for the fans here in Madison. It’s got a schedule, athlete profiles, links to freebies at the Games and a lot more. It has all of the competition info once CrossFit releases it. And if you’re watching one event in North Park, you can live stream another happening at another location. Wow!

Not worth the download
If I could rate this zero stars I would! The app is not useful...at all! You cannot determine event start time, accurate location, etc. it’s extremely generic...No information on specific division start time, heats, etc. The scavenger hunt portion is broken, you name it the app doesn’t have it, don’t waste your time even with free WiFi it will cause more frustration than it’s worth!

Pretty sure the app asked me for location services during installation. Biggest reason I (and probably anyone outside America) downloads these apps is for the schedule. And it's still not local - currently 430PM on 1 August, and the app is telling me first event is yet to occur at 830AM today...

Why is it impossible to find basic information about the games? Not listed at the top of the site. Website makes you download the app. App takes you to fluff or regional news.
Can’t look up names on leaderboard
Unless you are looking up a unique name or you name is fist in ABC order of a search, you can’t use the filter to look up yourself or others. That is the only thing I need the app (or the website) for but it’s not working in either place from my phone

Worthless
The one feature a Crossfit Games app should have- watching the Crossfit Games- is not included. No links, no internal video. For the couple thousand (?) people that actually go to the games, this might be helpful to find something, but for the millions of us just looking to spectate from home, it brings nothing to the table.

Can't watch my friend. Can't see how she performed or how she stands on leaderboard. Completely useless.
On par with technical thing crosscut tries to do
This app is awful. If you want to see a map then this app is for you. If you want to watch events, watch previous events, change the leaderboard or anything else then this is not the app for you. It stink just like every technical thing crossfit tries to do. Who ever gives this five stars either works for the machine or posts about their workout every five minutes.

Leaderboard?
On leaderboard, Enter filter, app won't show that division (Master's Women 45-49)just holds at individual. Grrr.
