Now that you know what CrossFit is all about, let us tell you a bit about CrossFit Kaali. CrossFit Kaali got its name from the Indian Goddess Kaali Maa who is the epitome of power and strength. We at CFK believe that every person coming to the box, committing to their health and fitness is an athlete in some way or the other and it is our responsibility to act as a facilitator in their fitness journey. We believe in generating a lifelong love for CrossFit amongst our athletes. We are located in Versova, and we offer both in-person and offline video CrossFit sessions. We also have an in-house nutritionist to help you embrace a better diet.
