Still can’t access inventory

Really Great Game!
This is one of the best games I’ve played in a long time. I replayed it multiple times to experience different endings, and each ending was very interesting. Please make more of these!
Same inventory problem a year later.
Developer was made aware of this game-halting issue a year ago by two separate players, and they still have not corrected it. I downloaded this app last week and continue to lose access to my inventory after just a couple of minutes of playing. The only fix is to completely restart the app. When 2 of the 21 reviews (now 3 of 22) complain of this same problem, I think it warrants research into a solution.
Story might be nice, but other issues with gameplay, like the choice to require dragging inventory items to places in scene to use them (most other games like this I’ve played simply allowed tap to select item to use, then tap to select where to use it). This choice causes conflict with the ability to drag up on iPhone for quick access to phone functions. After dismissing that function screen, the game flashes black for a moment, making you wait to retry the item.

Bug…
Finished the main game, it was great! Nothing to complain about. I went on to play the bonus chapter and its all black. I can hear everything but the picture is completely black. I tried tapping ahead to see if I got into another room if it would be black but I don’t know if I’ve moved or not.. just black.. was looking forward to it:( I’ll change my review once fixed
UPDATE

Loved the game
I really loved the storylines in this and was looking forward to playing the 2nd game until you had to purchase it. I am not purchasing any games. Option should be up to person downloading it whether they want to purchase for full access or have the F2P version and deal with the time limits or purchasing coins for hints. Now on the hunt for the next F2P

Inventory keeps disappearing!!
Would be a great game IF the INVENTORY didn’t keep disappearing off screen 🤯😡 I have been playing for 15 min and I have rebooted 4 times so far to reset the onscreen inventory but it still keeps going away leaving just the word “Inventory” at the bottom! Nothing I do,including tapping on the word or checking the MENU will make it appear again. I can’t be bothered with this game if it keeps doing this!

Needs fixing
I was really enjoying this game until the inventory keeps disappearing, if you press it you are just taken back to previous scenes so can no longer play it which is extremely disappointing.

Fun until…
I was really enjoying the game until the inventory bar at the bottom disappears when I pick an item up. I’ve tried everything to “pull” it back up with no luck. Usually I end up moving backwards instead of getting my inventory boxes back. It seems the only way to go forward is to restart the program all together but once I pick up a new item it disappears again. All I see is the word “inventory” but when I try to tap or pull it up I just move backwards. I can’t move forward unless I restart the program, which is time consuming and truly a pain in the butt! Please look into this. Thank you.

Excellent Game
Now I appreciate that some people may find this game a bit gruesome in parts but, for me, the technical brilliance and shear enjoyment countermanded any issues associated with the storyline. I prefer these games where you don’t initially pay but could proceed to purchase hints if required. I find these games more challenging and difficult to solve rather than just pressing a help button if a difficulty is met. I cannot speak too highly of this game and look forward to more games of this type. Well done to all those concerned with the production of this game.

Inventory
I’m loving the game so far, almost done it actually. I generally have no complaints about the gameplay or sound, HOWEVER, it’d be great if the inventory display would stop hiding every time a new item gets added to my inventory that I need to use. It started doing this and every time it does I have to exit out of the game and relaunch it, if there’s a way to fix this I would love to know how. Other than that, I think the game has a well written story and wonderful mind games!

What is wrong with you people? Why the bad reviews? This is a fantastic game. It takes a HOG to the next level. This by far is one of the best F2P games I’ve ever played. I hope the developer listens to the good reviews and releases another.
