DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
WOWW, this game exceeded my expectations! Not going to lie, before playing the game I was skeptical that the dialogue would feel authentic to how teenagers actually communicate. But I was definitely wrong, Crossroads truly captures significant challenges alot of teenagers have experienced, including myself. While navigating through different scenarios I felt frustrated and awkward. But I realize ITS IMPORTANT to feel those things, and it’s apart of the learning journey. I especially liked that the game went one step further and showcased meaningful conversations between a teacher and student — a dynamic I didn’t expect!
Crossroads genuinely gave me ideas on how to effectively navigate through difficult conversations and I definitely learned some new terms. I would for sure recommend!

Engaging + Practical Way to Advance Anti-Racism
Crossroads is an amazing resource to practically learn how to have courageous anti-racism conversations that drive change.
By personally engaging in realistic scenarios, my “natural” responses to situations were challenged in a meaningful way that led to me changing my perspectives. I loved exploring the different ways that a conversation could go, as this helped me consider not only how I would respond, but how different responses (often some of which I wouldn’t think of myself) would lead to different outcomes, with different implications for the characters.
I recommend Crossroads to anyone looking to deepen their understanding and toolkit of what it means to work towards anti-racism, as that’s what this app has done for me!

Great content
It’s a breath of fresh air to see this app in the market! We need more things like this for teenager and children.
Helps you see other life experiences, think over bias you didn’t know you had 🤔🤔
I played this with my little sister and her reactions to the game and its content just solidified how important games like this are for young people. I thought it was amazing how I could relate to different characters and their life experiences regardless of their looks, for example I really related with Jin and his experience with money and how not having money makes everything different. While my sister more related to Imani and her experience with being black and hearing the n word used like any other word. Seeing her relate to Imani’s story the way I have was really eye opening considering she’s in middle school. It just went to show me how prevalent these issues still are in society especially for younger people. I really hope and encourage other people to play this game, by themselves with their family or anyone just to see some different life experiences!
