Genuinely awesome

This game is fantastic. You can pay for a subscription for more material, but it’s a perfectly satisfying daily mini for free. They’re constantly developing new aspects for the game and they’re super easy to contact in case you come across any bugs or issues. The creators are awesome, the game is amazing, and it’s 100% worth the download. Take it from someone who NEVER takes the time to write reviews, this game rocks.

Forced picture upload

Latest update forced me to input a name and upload a profile pic from my photos. No way to bypass that. I uninstalled the app.

Hello Jeff. We're working on simplifying this flow (auto avatars etc) but we did want to form a community where we can show leaderboards for folks in a meaningful way. Note that you can upload a picture of your pet or your favorite plant if you want. :) Hope to see you again.

Forces you to Sign in with Apple Or Google

I was excited to try out this crossword app because it has good reviews and people seem genuinely happy with it. I don’t need my identity tracked by a crossword puzzle app, though. 1 star for you.

We use Google and Apple sign-ins so we can enable friend-to-friend play, mobile-web sync, and offer you deep comparative analytics on your game play that are otherwise impossible without sign in. Please note that you can also sign-in "anonymously" with Apple by checking the "don't reveal my identity" option.

Great crossword app

I play this app every day and love their crosswords. They regularly update adding improvements and new content too. Love it!

Perfect daily brain warmup

Honestly, this has become part of my morning routine. The mini format is clutch - takes just a few minutes so I can actually finish it unlike those massive crosswords I'd abandon halfway through. Clues are clever without being frustratingly obscure, and there's something satisfying about that completion dopamine hit before diving into work. If you want a quick mental stretch that doesn't eat up your whole coffee break, definitely worth downloading.

My favorite tea time app

I love the UI here for solving crosswords! the refresh clue and reveal options because at times I’m just stuck and don’t want to google the answers. Great app, just paid to try it for the year - cheaper than coffee at Starbucks!! Would recommend!

Clean, simple, elegant

An elegant mini crossword - Good variety from day to day. Can’t find another free version without ads at the same level. Paid version adds extra perks for the aficionados.

Lovin the Chef !

The UI is fantastic! Including an “ask a friend” feature which automatically prompts a text message with the clue. I like the reveal button with word or letter options. Awesome application, challenging and robust grid. Definitely recommend!
