Can’t get out of the add
I’m trying to get out of the ad and go back to my game
Great Except….
Nice puzzles. I get that if you don’t pay you get ads, but sometimes you have to hit the X 5 or 6 times to get out of the same ad, plus the X is hidden many times or there appears no way out of the ad loop. This sours what could be an entertaining session. My guess is they want the experience SO annoying that you just pay. I’m more inclined to just delete.

Too many ads
Too many ads which take multiple taps to close. Spend more time on the ads than on the game itself. The game is good but just too many ads
Liars - contains ads
This app was advertised for having no annoying ads. They are liars and cannot be trusted with your data. It has both constant ads and popup ads.

Lied about ads
Got this app because the ad for it said there were no ads. Less than 10 levels in it started giving me ads. Hopefully the puzzles would have gotten a little better further on, but that ad was enough for me to delete the app.
No help
Have been playing the game for a long time and accumulated tons of coins. Decided to get more by logging into Facebook and in doing so lost all my coins I had collected. Have written to the company multiple times Received one email saying I’d get a response within 2 days and now, weeks later, no response. So disappointing. Thinking about getting rid of this app altogether. No help from them at all.

Mandatory Ads
You can’t complete some levels unless after viewing ads. If all words are filled in on the puzzle it’s not considered complete until you view the ads. Is this crossword explorer or Ad explorer?

I don’t mind a few ads .but when they go on and on about some diet Dr Oz and Oprah are pushing it makes a person really upset

Crossword Explorer is one of the best crossword games that I played in a long time. Maybe, make some puzzles harder.!

I enjoy crossword puzzles at my own leisure. What I loathe most is being forced into a competition. This was a good app until it wasn’t.
Great but glitchy
This crossword game has really good content, but the higher the level you achieve the more glitchy it becomes. The letters stutter and it takes time to reload them. Please sort this out
