After the second puzzle I did it had an add. I sick and tired of these people lying to us!!!!!

I enjoy crossword puzzles at my own leisure. What I loathe most is being forced into a competition. This was a good app until it wasn’t.
Great but glitchy
This crossword game has really good content, but the higher the level you achieve the more glitchy it becomes. The letters stutter and it takes time to reload them. Please sort this out

The promo promised no annoying ads. There were ads and they retrieved annoying. Deleting due to deception.

This is a good game. My issue is with the number and duration of the ads. I understand why ads are needed to help keep the game free but I have a problem with how much time is lost waiting and waiting…

Scammers have hijacked your app and are saying I need to download some app to fix my phone it’s a scam! I will not continue playing with this game until it is fixed!

Due to friends getting into major gambling problems I can’t watch the tons of gambling ads. All other adds don’t bother me. I understand the need for ads. Just not trying to get addicted gamblers back into it.
Cancelling Crossword App
I have looked at so many avenues to cancel my free trial of 1 month in crossword adventurer. It’s not for me! Please could you make it as simple as it is to sign up. It does state cancellation can be made in the App.
I have just spent 40 mins and I’m still unable to find the cancellation policy. So frustrating!

Ads are too long and sometimes misleading
Glitch
I don’t know what is happening… But as I am playing, it’s moving very slowly… I tap a letter and it’s a second or two before it response… I’ve turned it off and rebooted more than once. Now it’s giving me puzzles that I’ve already done today.

Wayyyyyy too many ads!! Have to watch 2-3 ads PER PUZZLE. Fun game, but gets frustrating with all the ads. Also, the prices to get rid of ads is absolutely ridiculously overpriced!!! Will be looking for new game.
