It was a fun game at first with ads only popping up every 5 minutes or so. Now about after 2 weeks of playing it there are ads constantly starting and stopping at random times even when I’m in the middle of playing my letters. So frustrating that I’ll probably uninstall it if it stays like that
The ads are why I give it two stars. They are very long and some trap you in them. You have to close the app and reopen it to get out. Then you have to sit through a really long ad before playing again. The game is fun but after the ads I’m deleting it.
Game is fun but can’t even finish a game without getting interrupted with an ad I don’t mind a ad but dang I think I play the ads more then the game that why I uninstalled it
Good game but the ad for a different game won’t let you cancel so you have to close the game and restart it to get off the ad.
The other person always starts first, which makes it harder to win. It shouldn’t always be the other person starting first.
The number of ads is ludicrous. I loved playing this but I ended up deleting it because I was watching more ads than I was actually playing. What a shame.
Different game from what you see in the ad
The pictures don’t often make sense, they put a single word and sometimes it’s the first letter, sometimes it’s something random. It’s really not great.
Reached level 90. Ads kept loading. Couldn’t play anymore. I counted 7 consecutive ads with a brief view of the crossword puzzle. I reloaded and the same thing happened again. I’m gone.
It is fun for a while, with ads after each level. But after level 50 or so it changes to ads after each submission.
There are way too many ads. Deleted the app because of this. Also did a 7 day streak thinking I would get 5 minutes of no ads. And still there were ads every 2 minutes. Super frustrating that I can’t even play one level without ads.
Awful! Constant interruptions from long ads & deleted app after a couple of days. Clues & spelling American so doesn’t well suit a UK user in my view
Too many ads. A single puzzle has multiple ads, plus ads before and after. In 20 min of game play, half is ads, at least. After several days attempting to play, I’m done. I understand ads are needed to make the game free, however; if the game is constantly interrupted, it’s no longer fun.
This game really challenges and gets your brain thinking !!
Very addicting
A min between every turn is too much. It takes away from how well designed the game actually is and the clue are fun!
I believe it’s a fun game and it is very entertain to play. But I was lied to when I seen it in an endgame ad. The ad said that there would be no ads in the game and that you can play without any interruption. I play the game and there’s ads… other than that it was pretty fun. For this exact moment I took a screenshot and it’s just my luck I can’t put the screenshot on here.

The gameplay would have been engaging enough if it wasn’t for the ridiculously long ads. That’s a lie, it’s extremely easy to get super high scores and gets extremely stale playing against the same. This game needs a difficulty setting with a more aggressive bot and more complex, hard to guess words for bigger rewards. As for another thing that would make this game better is an actual reward system. The daily streak isn’t enough to keep me engaged, especially since the daily puzzles are the easiest by far. A reward system with currency to unlock specialized levels, skins for the board or power ups would seriously improve the game. I also think a health system (getting a certain amount of hearts a day) would actually create stakes and give serious reason to win against the laughably dumb bot. This game has serious potential to be great but just isn’t quite that.

There’s ads after each play not each round each play! and it quite frankly spoils the game play. The a.i is also ridiculous giving itself the better letters clearly
Fun game, ad’s are annoying not worth paying $29.99 a year or $9.99 a month.
