Chile, I have been doing crosswords for longer than I care to admit and I really enjoy this format. Now, I haven’t used any hints yet, but I have utilized the, oops wrong letter, feature. One of the best things is that you can download puzzles for long flights. I’ll let y’all know how that part goes!😊

Daily Puzzle
I don’t play all the side games but the Daily Puzzle is nice and the controls are easy to use.
Ads for new games.
Very annoyed that when you flash an ad for another game that I don’t want it is very hard to return to the original game. To return to my original game, I often have to close the app and re-enter again. Lousy design.
Crossword+
They look easy but some are quite tough.
Fun
A lot of challenging puzzles but doable. Very relaxing way to end my day and fall asleep.

What on earth made you mess with a perfectly good layout for this hard and awkward new style is beyond me. I will no longer be able to enjoy my favourite part of the morning.

Back to the prvious format which I loved! I enjoy immensely using this game. It's at the right level: challenging but not impossible. A lot of fun.

I do my crosswords every morning with my tea or coffee. Love it when there is a new category to work on!
The new update has bugs and has diminished my enjoyment so that I am thinking of finding a new crossword game. The old game maneuverability was clunky, but much better than now.

Error marks hard to see
I’m 82 and enjoying this app until you changed format. My main objection is that the red cross line for errors needs to be more bold or a vivid color. I should think that this may be an easy fix.

Update is not good
I tried to give feedback via the app, but there is a bug/ error message. The update you have done overnight is terrible. I have been doing the crosswords daily for weeks as I really enjoyed it, but today it was that bad I didn’t even finish one. It’s too complicated to explain and there is more than one issue. I will try again over the next few days but if it doesn’t improve I will delete it
