Puzzle problems
All of a sudden, last night, the app started crashing immediately.
I upgraded my IOS to 10.2 about 2 weeks ago and this didn't start until last night.
If I turn off my internet connection it works again.

Ads make it useless
This was my favorite, go to puzzle app. This ad situation has completely ruined it. I can't even do a single puzzle because of the horrid placement of the ads. Get to coding and fix this!!!!!
Ads render puzzle useless
The banner ads completely obliterate the clues which makes this app useless

Ads make this app useless
Ads constantly cover the puzzle clues, making the app impossible to use. Stupid.
In-app purchase
I paid to keep the ads out. They were gone that day. Today, I tried to use this app and the ads are back. Ridiculous!
Very unhappy
The upgrade on the 28th did not restore my games. I finally decided I would just redo (the hundreds that I lost) but the banners are not allowing me to see clues. I am very disappointed in the upgrade and the data that was lost during the process.

Bad Update
With latest update(?), can not download the puzzles making the app useless!
Can't read clues because of ads
I understand that banner ads are a part of using a free app. However, the ads cover the clues to the puzzles so it is impossible to play. Awful.
Gone!!
After Sep. 25 update: prior,progress still missing and still cannot download puzzles like Wall Street. All puzzle in every category have green arrow now(for download) but always says cannot download.

Nice update! Erased all of my progress and wiped out the puzzles which can not be downloaded again. You can keep your update and I'll be deleting the app. If someone has this app, DO NOT. Update it.

All gone!
I've been using this app for a couple of months, and have completed hundreds of crosswords. A recent update has wiped out all of my work! The app has reset everything back to day one. How do I get them back?
It's also very hard to play if the clues don't appear when selecting a word. The ads cover the clues. I have also tried paying the 99 cents to remove the ads, and the ads are still there. This is criminal! It is now completely useless.

Crummy update!
Just did the update and all my completed puzzles are gone. Glad to see I'm not the only one in this situation, but, I want my old app back. I used to really enjoy it but this is the pits! And, most of the time the ad at the top is covering the clues! Lousy update in my book. If not fixed soon, going to delete and find something else. AND this WAS one of my favorite go to puzzles!

Ads that can't be removed block top part of every game. Clues to puzzles block top row of every answer grid. 100%. Aggravation!
Crossword
This is probably the worst crossword system I have seen! It is difficult to work with, not users friendly at all. My suggestion is to download ANY other crossword app and you will be better off
