Cheap labor
This app main purpose is to provide cheap labor to country clubs so they don’t have to deal with their toxic workplace behavior or staffing issues. Pay is subpar, unlike Instawork or Gigpro 95% of jobs are untipped. You will receive tips but they go directly to management and the business. If you value your labor and your service I would not recommend this app, it is the death of restaurant culture

Love the app for job opportunities. The app uses the photo you use to verify your id. Please edit app so user is able to edit their photo and upload from gallery. Do not use verification photo as profile photo. The user is unaware that will be profile pic.
Absolute TRASH account setup.
Absolute TRASH account setup. Kept getting continuously rejected because of “Stripe”. No matter how many times I tried redoing it. And not to mention you can’t even checkout the app and what it offers until you’ve given them LITERALLY everything about yourself (full name/address/SSN/bank info), minus a blood sample. Or maybe that was next, idk, couldn’t make it past the Stripe thing. All unnecessarily frustrating. App deleted.

They will find any reason to hold the money you worked for their phone isn’t working so you have to text! And they won’t follow up or nothing they will respond one time in that’s it! So if your about to take a shift for 8plus hours think about it first the app gig smart is way better with communication Croux is not

They do not care about the workers compared to the businesses
Okay so let me drop this they are going mess up your hours and not pay you correctly if you stay over make sure to check the amount you worked is correct with the amount that was given because I noticed some of my money disappearing starting with $0.50 then it started going up it’s giving stealing vibes with no actual answer or reason
When I message them they take forever that or they purposely leave me on read and do not reply and actually do their flipping job
If you can not run a business correctly then that itself is telling you, you should quit at it let someone else buy it or something
It’s the messaging part that I am not liking like they are ignoring me and also so late
And they care more about the businesses than the actual workers like how do you fix the starting time of when I started working and not the end time they asked me to stay and how do you not have a sick call out thing like I was actually sick on the day I was supposed to work and had to call out yet they had the nerve so tell me to basically predict my future whether I am going to be sick in the future like a flipping magic genie or something
Like why do I have to be contacting you when the lady had a sign in and out sheet which I know for a fact was given to you guys so how do you fix my start time but not my end time that actually gives me more money since I was asked to stay late
This is ridiculous I would have forgotten since it took them literally 4 days to pay the incorrect amount which is literally crazy since they did not have the nerve to even check my clock out time forcing me to dispute the pay
And also the 4 hours pay thing should be regulated automatically without me having to be forced to dispute pay
Like a lot of things should be working and the people should be using their brain without me having to use it for them

No app support
I've tried everything possible to contact developer/app support regarding this app claiming I have duplicate accounts, I've never heard of this app before today. Tried to reset password, it only asks for phone number then says I don't have an account. K whatever uninstalling.

App keeps asking for location permissions when it’s already enabled. Also it seems companies are selective and are waiting on certain folks to pick up shifts which defeats the purpose of the app to me esp if you’re starting out. I’m gonna give it to end of month, but so far just a time waste for me
Update: experience has been beyond horrible and be careful working with Adams Beverage, they have the most ignorant workers I’ve ever encountered.
