Added backup and restore for the config file from the Panel Status menu. Added outgoing phone numbers to the Panel Information screen. Fixed incorrect messaging and validation in sign-up. Added a registration code field to sign-up. Install / maintenance mode now appears based on whether the panel was previously installed. Updated the app build version for distribution.
