I was recently in Spain and wanted to experience Madrid beyond the packed tourist sites. CrowdAvoid made it incredibly easy. While I was heading towards the Prado Museum, a notification from the app popped up on my watch saying it was crowded. So I relaxed at a terraza on the Plaza Santa Ana and had a cerveza instead of waiting in line. I actually felt more like a local instead of a tourist! I love this idea!

This app saved my vacation!!
I was in Barcelona… the tourist crowds were crazy!! If my friend had not told me to download this app, my dream vacation would have become a nightmare. Not only were the attraction recommendations spot on, the crowd notification and cruise ship alerts are a total game changer when planning when to go. Total game changer for travelers!
Thanks to the crowd prediction feature, we beat the heavy tourist rush at Fushimi Inari in Kyoto with a perfectly timed sunrise visit. The live notifications on my watch made it so easy to avoid crowded spots, alerting us right when things got busy or gave us the green light to go. The “attractions on route” function also helped us catch a great meal on the way back after we went to our chosen spots. Highly recommend this app!!
