Social media content help
I have been using the crossfire app for several months to assist in publishing curated content to our social media accounts and have been happy with the tool and the news sources available.
Does not connect to IG
I'm plugging in my accurate IG info and crowdfire will not connect to it. I have full wifi and keep getting a message that it can't connect to IG or wifi. And IG business reroutes to FB, not IG
Didn’t even open
I just got this app and it wouldn’t even let me sign in. Worst app ever.

Saves me so much time & great customer service
I am a one man CEO as a startup and need social media as part as my branding. I spent roughly 2 hours posting across platforms and needed a better way. I researched and found Crowdfire and I love it. Out of the platforms I tried, Crowdfire is by far the cheapest and easiest to use. Every Sunday I load all of my posts for the week and I am set. They will also tell you if the imagery won't work because of cropping issues. I had some minor issues with my account, mostly user error, and customer service was excellent, as well as the follow-up. It's an easy-to-use, app I use and on my computer go to the URL. Just to let you know I have 9 connected accounts! The only setbacks are tiktok you cannot post through the app. The are aware of it, but I it's more tiktok then them and I asked them to look into threads which they are.

Unethical business motto - VOID this app!
I have been utilizing this application for approximately a month. Notably, after two weeks of usage, essential functionalities, such as the master schedule calendar, are deliberately disabled, compelling users to upgrade their subscription plan. The absence of the master calendar significantly undermines the utility of this multi-cross post platform, rendering it ineffectual. I strongly advise seeking superior alternatives and recommend avoiding this application.

It’s a good platform but missing some social media platforms. Hopefully in the future it will be available.
Terrible UX
This app is useless, won’t show anything for Instagram and doesn’t search for inactive followers like it says is possible. it also has terrible UX/UI as there’s no search icon readily accessible to search for a feature for new users on the home menu.

Use a friendly platform and great customer service, all round a good platform to use

Contact support, no answer. Would’ve given a no star review. Not making my life easier at this time. SMH
App is useless
I should’ve read the reviews before downloading. There is a pop up that wants you to link your social media accounts, after I put in my username or log in, nothing happens. The pop up won’t move and I can’t get past it. It’s useless and I hope it doesn’t have my personal information.
Affordable, great resource articles, and caring tech support
I used them in the past and don’t know why I changed. But I’m definitely back and they have been very helpful with making sure everything is working well. I highly appreciate this platform!
Won’t let me delet my account
Downloaded it to see the capabilities, decided to opt out. Now it won’t let me delete my profile
Awesome app
I’ve found Crowdfire ticks all the boxes I needed for my small business. It’s easy to use both on mobile and desktop, great price, awesome support and made my scheduling so much easier! Highly recommend.
Useless
Literally the only thing I wanted to use this for was to track followed/unfollows on Twitter. After connecting my account, it did nothing. This option wasn’t even there, and it showed no information available about my account.
The step jump between pricing tiers is a bummer
It was a good product for me until they moved the scheduling calendar to a higher price tier which is out of my budget. The calendar view was the selling point for me but since it is gone I’ve cancelled my subscription
Very Expensive and Little Relevant Content
Initially this app looked like it would do exactly what I required, provided content I could share and add my own posts to all my social media accounts.
Unfortunately, after paying for the package at £89.00 a year I discovered that the content was not as useful as I expected.
I have now discovered that Twitter is no longer available for this purpose which means the app is not fit for what I need it to do as Twitter and Facebook are the main social sites I use

Waste of time
This crowd fire did nothing for me and my business. Period.

It’s broken again.
No longer what it used to be
Once upon a time, this app help you to grow your audience with some very clever functions. The latest versions of the app, however, serve inly one purpose, to schedule your posts, which is fine, but any other app can do that, so what’s the point of this one then?
