About
Note which state your nervous system is in – in a few seconds, up to three times a day.
CrowdHealth is a diary for the four states many occupational therapy and therapy practices work with: safety, fight, flight and freeze. Instead of a card on the wall you carry it with you – with the date, the time of day and your own words.
HOW IT WORKS
• Four colours for four states – always with a symbol and a word, never colour alone
• Three areas: body, thoughts and feelings. Separate, because they often do not report the same thing
• Morning, midday, evening – and any past day can be filled in later
• Tapping one colour is enough. Every text field is optional
YOUR OWN TABLES
Many people know them from therapy: “How do I know which mode I am in?” and “What do I need, and when, to feel safe?” You write your answers once. While you log, the app shows you the exact line you wrote for that state – right where you need it.
COUNTED, NOT INTERPRETED
The insights show what you logged over 7, 30 or 90 days: how often each state, in which area, at which time of day. The app counts and does not judge. No points, no streaks, no guilt when a day is missing.
ALSO
• Mornings: what am I grateful for? Evenings: what good did I do for others, and for myself?
• Reminders at your times – skipped when you have already logged
• Short impulses that match your selection
• “Your words”: what you wrote, to read back on a hard day
• For iPhone and iPad, light and dark, in German and English
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
No account, no ads, no tracking and no server of ours. By default everything stays on your device. If you like, you can sync between your devices through your own iCloud – and switch it off again at any time.
FOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS, THERAPISTS AND DOCTORS
CrowdHealth is meant as a companion between appointments: clients note what would otherwise fade before the next session, and bring it along on their own device. The app uses the terms safety, fight/flight and freeze as known from polyvagal-informed work. Both tables are deliberately empty – they are filled with the person's own words, not ours. There is no therapist access and nothing is transferred to third parties.
IMPORTANT
CrowdHealth is a diary and not a medical device. It makes no diagnosis, gives no treatment advice and replaces neither treatment nor conversation. Talk your entries through with your doctor or therapist. In an acute crisis please seek medical help or call your local emergency number.
