The app is useless for check in. The wait to check in on a Friday afternoon in April was an hour and 4 minutes to get to the front desk. Why offer early check in on the app if it’s unavailable to use? Take me back to the present because this style check in is beyond outdated

The app is just okay. If the performance was better it would be more useful. I've tried it on a new iPhone and Samsung Galaxy and it lags on both. The user experience can also be updated. Looking at the version history, there's never enhancements, only bug fixes every couple of years, so you can tell there's not a lot of focus on the app from Crown Reef. It's more of a low level design, not of professional quality with customer experience in mind. But again, it's only a 3 star hotel.
