Good game- bought the no ads forever pack and still get adds in between levels??? Why am I still getting ads

Amazing game. Played it for a few days, but now the app hangs indefinitely on the opening screen. Can we get a fix?
Paid to remove ads, yet ads still appear
Fun game, rather addictive, but the puzzles are getting a bit too easy and repetitive. Also, I paid to remove ads yet ads are still appearing.
I can no longer drag my dots
I was playing the game, but it’s stooped letting me drag the dots to fill the squares. Without being able to do that the games unbearable, how do I fix this?

Great when it worked
Was a great game that I really enjoyed playing until a while ago when it just stopped loading. Reported to developer as soon as it happened but as of yet no response or fix. If it was working it would be 5 stars.
So many ads
You get about 15 levels in and it’s almost an ad a level…. Ridiculous
Cheaters
They have to do something to prevent cheating on the daily puzzles.
Best queens game I have found
I’m still learning this game. I love how this gets progressively harder, and that the hints don’t just show an answer, they also explain the logic behind the answer.

Too many ads
Was great but recently the ads became excessive. One of them was either way too long or required interaction to go away.

This is my favorite game! There are tons of levels and few ads. The daily puzzle is fun too. I had an issue with the game and within 20 minutes of reaching out I had a response and they updated the app. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend!
I love this game
I love this game, I play it every day. My only complain is that in the daily puzzles which are usually pretty big. The leaderboard shows people completing it in 6 seconds. How do I know their not bots.
iPad Calibration
I love the game, however, lately when on my iPad, and drag across a set of cells, the dots are populating a few rows above. This is not an issue when I individually select a cell. I have the current version of the app. Also, the menu sidebars do not stay open. I have tested with the iPad being both vertical and horizontal. I am not seeing this when I am on my phone.
