Waste of NHS money
How can this app help anyone?! Unstable and unusable - counterintuitive- designed by a bunch of morons who’ve never used a phone before!
Doesn’t plan routes efficiently, no ability to just go to the hospital map, recommends the wrong parking, just basically useless - Google maps is miles better!

How much money has been wasted on yet another app? I don’t want an app. All I want is a map. A PDF would do. But no. I have to install a silly app which requires all sorts of permissions and which I will remove immediately after I’ve used it. It should have taken 2 minutes to find an online map of the hospital and instead there’s this nonsense.

Ridiculous App. I wanted to look at the map to see where I need to go once I arrive at the hospital and instead of anything sensible like that it’s asking me how I plan to travel to the hospital and where I want to park and not letting me see a map of the hospital. If I wanted to know how to get to the hospital I would use my satnav not an app that advertises a map of the hospital.
All I wanted to do was look at the map of the hospital so I know where I am going once I get there. Instead I’m going to my appointment with no idea where I need to go in the hospital or how to get there once I arrive at the hospital. If I could rate it zero stars I would.
