In all of my years of editing, I have never had such a difficult time navigating an app and creating a carousel. I will never use this app again thank you for the free trial.

I was charged £39.99 after what was advertised as a free trial. I cancelled my subscription immediately after trying the app, yet I was still billed.
This is extremely disappointing and misleading. If the trial is not genuinely free, it should not be advertised as such. I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription and cancelled as soon as possible.
I would like a full refund of the £39.99 charge. Please investigate this matter and process my refund as soon as possible.
