Never syncs right. Always off line.
This app is always having problems take day to sync and is offline most of the time. Then y’all want to withhold pay for not updating our jobs. Spend some money and fix the app.
Needs aggressive improvements
- App Crashes frequently when uploading pics in the "Product Presentation" part of the Completion Paperwork. Happens intermittently when uploading 4 or less, but happens every time you try to upload more than 4-5 photos.
- Lots of Lagging/Latency issues.
- Tons of network errors and failures
- When uploading pictures the APP DOES NOT upload everything to DOLI(causes billing problems and CONSTANT back tracking of images and paperwork.)

Professional review please read
I’ve gotten used to the app and I don’t find it to be too difficult but the problem is when I go to upload pictures I can’t go a full day without the app kicking me out when I upload pictures please fix this
Ridiculous
The app is not as bad as there phone system hanging upon you 6 times in a row after waiting on hold forever, literally everyday. But still ridiculous the amount of signatures and initials your expected to get for every job. It takes longer to do the paperwork in the app then it does to do the actual job.
