Also, check to be sure that your audio is turned on, on your device. If it's on "Silent" you won't hear the audio. If any other issues come up, please contact us at support, it's our pleasure to assist you.

Insightful and effective
I found this book full of fantastic ways to enhance difficult conversations. Challenging my default weaknesses and then giving great tools and principals to make lasting changes and improve personal and corporate outcomes.
This particular App has issues with leaving out some ends of paragraphs and chapters which have yet to be resolved by the supplier. (Although they claim they have resolved the problem?)
Highly Recommend the book, especially if you feel incompetent in professional interctions.

Lacks Overall Quality

I expected more from my iTunes purchase. Narration is not smooth, almost mechanical, making this audio version a bit difficult to listen to. Often, I found reading to be easier than listening (defeats the purpose of an audio book).The end of some chapters were "clipped" short in the narration. The book is filled with typographical errors. Overall I would not recommend this purchase.

Audio does not play
Bought book to listen to audio. It does not work. Bad purchase.
Crashes immediately after launch
The application crashes immediately on launch. Perhaps it needs to be updated for iOS7?
Skips
I think this is going to be a helpful book but the text seems to jump around randomly. I read a couple paragraphs and then without even touching the screen it skips to somewhere else in the chapter. It does this on both my iphone and ipad. Anyone else have this problem?
Love the book, like the app....
Just love this book so far, but it is unfortunate that the app doesn't support Bluetooth so I can listen in my car. And if I do want to listen in my car, it costs another $15 for the audiobook.
