Great app
I love this app. I always know exactly how many days I have left before my cruise starts.
Widget doesn’t work
Worked for about a week. Now it just displays how to add a cruise to the widget when the cruise is already saved
Great app
After the update where you can add your own picture it’s really gotten great. It’s my favorite cruise tracker widget around. It’s fun to show everyone the cruises I have coming up and it’s a great easy way to see how many days. Love this app. If you’re missing a ship on there just message and they add it fast!

A HAPPY CRUISER
I had a problem with the app and reached out to the team. I was told to give them a week or so and it would be fixed. I believe it was only 3 days and my problem was fixed. I’m extremely happy with the team and would recommend this app to everyone, if you’re a cruiser, this is the app you need to!!!!

Cruise Countdown & Picket
I had a small issue with the application but I reached out to their customer support and they were excellent. They were very responsive and helped me out tremendously. I was having issues with multiple cruises not appearing in the app when creating a widget. This got rectified fast with screenshots, video screenshots, & multiple emails. I highly recommend this application especially if you love countdown to your cruises as I do.

Great app and support team is amazing
Saw the app and gave it a try, noticed there was a small issue with the share option. Reached out to them and they responded and had it fixed within an hour. Told me the update would be ready by the weekend (2-3 days), but emailed me the next morning with the new link. Works perfectly now, great little app.

Need a profile to exclude lines/ports
Seems to be an OK app but really wish I could specify preferences such as excluding specific cruise lines (Carnival), regions/ports, etc. much more efficient than trying to add filters in each search, especially when I know I’d never cruise on certain lines.
Also, REALLY needs ability to search on a date range vs searching by month and filtering by a specific day. Especially since the app doesn’t keep you filter options when you change the month of your search.

Ok when it works
Sometimes works like a charm others its like going down a rabbit hole. Ni ingi in future scheduled trips 90% of time. Have to add line by line.

Ideal app for cruisers
This is a great tool for those like me who enjoy booking cruises as often as possible! My favorite feature in this app is the countdown widgets. I add them to my iPhone Home Screen and I can easily track how many days until my next sail away. Highly recommend.

How do I get rid of the “packing list” text?
No widget for my cruise line
Annoying that the cruise line I’m taking isn’t included for the widget.
Poor widget
Even though the ship name and pic is correct in the settings, the widget displays a different ship and image. I even deleted and tried again and continues to display the Celebration and not the Horizon

Some cruise lines are not available, specifically Margaritaville at sea, at thier two ships paradise and islander. These are frequently sailed ships that not available on the application. Additionally, when first add the wizard the options to edit should appear. You have to add the widget first before selection settings.
Thank you for adding the ships!! Can we add them to the widget list as well? They are currently not listed when you add the widget to apple.

Great app, but issue after recent update
Love this all for cruise countdowns, but after the recent update the shuffle option of the pictures no longer works(Toual Caribbean). The small widget is stuck on the black and white photo while the next widget up gets stuck on a blue background without a picture

Thanks for the feedback. I'll add Margaritaville at Sea. Look for it in the next release:) Regarding the widget, unfortunately, that is the default behavior from iOS for widgets and apps can't change that. I will think about how I can make the editing widget process easier though. Update 5/13 - Yes, you can add Margaritaville ships on either the widgets or the countdown in the app. Enjoy.

Attempting to check in with no success. Why not just ask for booking # & travel dates to get where you need to be to just check in! This is ridiculous
