This website and app has flaws
I tried numerous times to book a cruise on my computer, tablet, and cell phone but the site keeps resetting itself. Customer service tries to help but it doesn’t. The issues seem to be around payment options.
Lags
The app when you try to see your trips 90%of the time it lags and the screen can not be used. It constantly is loading. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then when trying to make changes to my reservation I get an error message. Horrible unfriendly app. Very frustrating to say the least.

Thanks for the feedback! One common reason for this issue is choosing not to share your email when logging in with Apple - this prevents our system from automatically syncing your bookings.
