Any password I enter the app won’t accept...the field border remains red...help

Can’t get past the Provisioning page wouldn’t accept any password I could come up with and then did, but locate my boat buttons don’t do anything
Unable to create account
Love the idea of the app but I’m unable to create an account. 🤷🏻♀️ I’m currently stuck on the ‘I’m on my boat’ or ‘I’ll locate my boat on a map screen’
