Tracking our ship was 6 hours behind-not helpful. Difficult to cancel. Annual subscription is the only option.
Don’t bother
Waste your data downloading the app and then when you open the app they expect you to subscribe for £29.99 after a three day trial. Uninstalled without even trying it as that’s a silly price when you can get other apps that do similar stuff for free. Apple should force them to make the subscription terms clear before you download the app!

I downloaded this and was automatically enrolled into a 3-day free trial. This was before I had finished the introductory screens. I immediately deleted it. Not the way for an ethical company to behave.

This developer must be buying reviews to get a higher ranking in the search. But it is terrible. It is not user friendly. It doesn’t do what it is supposed to. Many other apps out there are better.

Forces you you sign up for the paid version
Downloaded the app and got past the opening screens, and then it forced me to start a “free trial” of the premium version that will only last for three days before it starts charging me. Absolutely not! There is no apparent way to just stick with the free version or even try it out! Hey, at least take us out to dinner first, we’re not ready for that kind of commitment with an app we just met! I just want to see where my parents’ ship is for the next few weeks; I have no need for a premium paid app.
If there is a way to try the free version first that I couldn’t find after looking, then that’s the app designers’ fault, not mine.

Not real time and shady subscription enrollment
I’m on a cruise and was curious about another cruise ship I could see in the distance. So I tried this app. BIG MISTAKE! The app is not real time, often providing day old locations. But worse is the automatic subscription enrollment with NO instructions how to cancel it. I figured it out myself and canceled. You should too! For iOS users, go to settings, click on your name then under subscriptions, then cancel. You are welcome!

Really Good Tracking App
This app is awesome because you could track any cruise ship all over the world. If you are going on a last minute trip on a cruise I’d definitely recommend this app because it’s easy, straightforward and not confusing. It’s always updated and if you need any help using the app the creator is quick to help!👏🏻
