BAKER'S PERCENTAGES, DONE RIGHT Enter flour, water, starter, and salt in grams and CrumbLog folds the levain's own flour and water into the totals, so hydration and salt read true. Every bake shows its hydration, salt, and levain percentages. A BAKE LOG THAT REMEMBERS Autolyse, folds, bulk, final proof, bake time, and oven temperature on every loaf, with a crumb photo and a five star rating. The gallery becomes the visual record of your baking. BEST BAKE COMPARE CrumbLog plots hydration against the rating you gave each crumb, averages your rating by hydration band, and names the sweet spot. "What made my best crumb" gets an answer from your own loaves. RECIPE SCALING BY FLOUR WEIGHT Scale any formula to a new total flour, a target dough weight, or a number of loaves.
