Doesn’t let me log in
App worked for a few days but now it keeps crashing as soon as I log in. I’ve been asking team members to let me in for the past week. Frustrating.

i dont normally leave reviews but this is legitimately a non-functional app… whats the point of releasing something that doesnt work
Can’t book into classes
The new app doesn’t even allow members to book into classes. I’ve logged in can see my details, however, when I go to book into classes it states I’m not eligible to book, but the old app still lets me book into classes? What’s the point of a new app that doesn’t work and allow members to book into their usual classes. Quite frustrating and once the old app is decommissioned I’m interested to know how I’m supposed to pre book my classes?

No authentication
The app doesn’t recognise the existing account in the old app. There is no password reset option. Frustrating. OTP doesn’t work as well.
