About

Crunch Time lets you easily manage how you allocate your time, by letting you handle recurring tasks on your terms. Whether that means spacing something out, staying under a limit, or reaching a goal. Within Crunch Time, you can define three kinds of tasks: • Interval, do something within a specific window. Great for spacing out a habit (a screen break, a coffee, a stretch). • Limit, don't spend more than a set amount of time on something each day, week, or month. • Goal, spend at least a set amount of time on something each period. Let's say you tell yourself that you need to study for 3 hours a day, set a goal in Crunch Time that you must achieve at least 3 hours a day studying. At the end of the week you can check your stats to see how often you accomplished your studying. Or maybe you're trying to quit smoking, but can't do it cold turkey. You want to space out how often you smoke, because if you do it too quickly you won't break the habit, but if you wait too long, you get a little too grumpy. Set an interval during which you're allowed to smoke and track your progress towards quitting that bad habit. Crunch Time tracks how often you successfully complete these tasks in the states page. This way, you can monitor your progress and see how consistent you are in achieving your goals. To make life easier, you can enable live activities for specific tasks, meaning they appear right on your lock screen. This way you can track them without even opening the app. Crunch Time is free for up to 5 tasks. If you wish to add more, you can unlock unlimited tasks with a one-time purchase, no subscription required! Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
