A terrible app platform by a terrible PFA
Besides monthly texts telling me they’ve received my money I haven’t heard from or been able to contact Crusader Sterling since the day I signed up for their services.
Not only does this app give very vague and stupid error messages no matter if you’re trying to sign up, login or reset your password, there is no clear way to contact the organisation for support with any of these issues.
The only thing less attractive than this app is their website, because even basic requests like viewing an eStatement can only lead you in frustrating circles.
But I digress, this app is a very disappointing show from a financial institution in this day and age, and because of this blatant lack of accessibility I can only recommend that you quickly take your time and money elsewhere. Clearly they are more interested in receiving and holding your money than providing any decent service.
