Save Patients Money
As a pharmacist, its horrible ringing up patients with high copays. (Just because it’s a high copay, doesn’t mean the pharmacy is making more money). But whatever I can do to help bring that copay down is a massive win in my book. Even if it’s a few dollars, it’s a few dollars more they have. And 99% of the time they truly appreciate it and helps the patient trust and build a strong pharmacist-patient relationship.
I currently have GoodRx and SingleCare apps downloaded as well.. However I have found lower prices on this app than the others. *Keep in mind, this is not your saving grace when it comes to brand medications (it can help) but it is 100% for generics. As a pharmacist (and a patient), this app is a great tool to have on hand.
