Unfairly holding funds with zero transparency and ignoring emails

they are completely withholding my account and won't release it or let me cash out. It has been a week now, and I have already reached out twice by email, but neither response was answered. It feels incredibly unfair that they can just freeze rewards that I have already rightfully earned. There is absolutely no transparency here. Do not trust this app with your data or your time until they stop locking people out of their money! I will update this review if the problem is resolved.

Limit and very good

The app has a limit of 3 receipt scan daily. Good thing it accepts any receipt. I would love to get an increase update or something.

Can withdraw

I have no idea how to withdraw. I have emailed Customer Support Read, the help has not responded. Customer Support has not responded. I love the idea of the app and I will change my review that I’m able to cash
