improvement hack

This app has been extremely helpful for me to track my climbing performance. I am a D1 athlete going to UTSA next year for basketball. When I picked up climbing as a hobby I assumed the recovery part wouldn’t take as much of a toll on my body compared to basketball. Oh boy was I wrong I found myself sore for weeks and could never seem to be fully recovered by my next session. When I downloaded crux and actively logged my sessions every time it gave me all the information I needed to know about how to recover and just like that my sessions felt better instantly. Honestly a game changer if you want to fully optimize your training and recovery. AMAZING APP

First climbing app

I just recently started climbing 2-3 months ago and I have progressed a decent amount. I started out at the typical v1 and progressed my way into v4s and I plateaued for the past couple of weeks. I started looking for ways to break it and apps to track my progress and weaknesses and nothing suited my needs. Until I found Crux Recovery. I just hit my first v6 today after using the app for a week and a half. It helps me log my sessions, calculate how long my rest days should be, report my injuries and soreness, and it helps me track progress when transitioning into new projects. I love the app and it has helped me progress on such a quick time interval and I can’t wait to continue using it. Definitely one of my favorite applications to track my progress for climbing instead of using my clumsy notes app.
