Waste of time
Twice now Iv placed simple orders and they can’t seem to get it to me first they credit me 5 dollars for having me wait 5 HOURS FOR SOME SIMPLE food, then when I give em another chance they let me wait 4 hours for food from a restaurant that’s right up the road then cancel it and give me nothing so ya waste of time

Absolute Joke
The fact that it is 2019 and I’m using an app with such a poor interface is offensive to me, my phone, and app developers worldwide. I’m annoyed that I used data on my cell phone plan to download this pile of garbage. I tried to order food from a fine Valdosta establishment multiple times, and the app would crash. Thus, making it impossible for a waiter/waitress to cruise my food to me. My heart rate is at an all time high due to anger while on this app. The cruisinwaiter app has taken from me something that money cannot buy: time. Please hire a 12 year old with a simple concept of how computers work to come in and fix this catastrophe of an app, and I’m sure that the business will succeed. Until this issue is resolved, I will spend every waking moment telling people how garbage this company is. Thank you for your time.

Outdated app with tons of user interface problems
Hire someone to get this thing up to par with literally every other app on the planet. Dear god, if I wasn’t so lazy and hungry I would’ve stopped using this app ages ago, but because of my refusal to leave the house I am forced to deal with maybe the worst app user interface that has ever existed.
Multiple issues
I have had multiple issues ordering with this app from different restaurants, and both issues have been because of the app. I have placed an order and the app went crazy and kept loading but not processing the order and when I called, the order had not been placed. Be careful when ordering through here because there is the possibility of your order not even going through as mine have.
